• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

• Ensure all uploaded designs comply with copyright laws
• Review and approve proofs before production
• Provide correct delivery address
• Be available to receive deliveries during business hours

Customers retain ownership of their original designs and content. However, customers must ensure they have the right to use any images, logos, or text they submit. Shimplify Prints is not responsible for copyright infringement claims.

6. Quality and Satisfaction

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your order due to our error or quality issues, we will reprint or refund your order according to our refund policy.
